What are Braxton Hicks contractions?

Braxton Hicks contractions can begin as early as the second trimester, however they are most common in the third trimester. The muscles of your uterus tighten for approximately 30 to 60 seconds or as long as 2 minutes. Braxton Hicks are also called “practice contractions” because they will prepare you for the real thing and you can practice the breathing exercises you are learning in your childbirth classes.

What causes Braxton Hicks contractions?

There are a few speculations for why women have these contractions. Some physicians and midwives think they may play a part in toning the uterine muscle and promoting the flow of blood to the placenta. They are not believed to have any connection with dilating the cervix, but may have some effect on the softening of the cervix. However, as Braxton Hicks contractions become more intense closer to the time of delivery, the contractions are considered false labor, which can help in the dilation and effacement process.

Mengikut tilikan wawz aku akan bersalin awal....Sbbnye konon aku ni kecik, yela tu..org lain ada yg kecik xdela cpt sgt branak... Pastu sbb baby aku kepala mmg stay kt bwh je dh xgerak2... bdn je kejap kanan kjp kiri...I dunno how he did that.........

Pastu aku mmg sokmo wat keje beratla... Ape je aku xbuat, angkut kain dr mesin basuh yg berat2 tu... Masa kenduri aku tolak angkut segala sofa meja bagai... Smpai kena bebel ngn wawz... Vacuum rumah ntah bape kali seminggu... dh name pun bela kucing yg berbolu............ Tertunduk2 gosok kucing,bg kucing mkn ntah brape kali sehari...dukung diorg plak

Mula2 xde pun nate nih..... Skali 7bulan ke atas tatu yg xbrape nk cantik ni pun muncul...tskkk

Org suh letak cream la, ape2 yg patut kan.... Aku sbb ada stok Bio-Oil lg, so guna jela... Xdela kurang pun, biase je....... Mr Wawz yg letakkan.... Comel je stiap kali nk tido dia bwk botol kecik tu... Coz aku mmg slalu je lupa nk letak... Slalu je pelik nape dia bwk bio-oil kt aku...pastu baru ooo aku ada stretch mark...heee



Jumaat ni going to visit doc yg akan menyambut kelahiran anakku.... Dh 31 minggu, minggu nih... After this kena check up 2minggu skali... I loikkkeee... At least ade sumthing bley buat kannn... But maybe kena g sowg..... Suami kilije..........


Berat terbaru adelah 65kg....Perghhh hebat x??? naik 11kilo dh.. Tp naik tang mane xtau plak....Xkan perut je smpai 11kg.....Adela portion2 lemak kt bhgian trtentu kan.....



Pastu..Pastu...pastuu kannn... Colostrum dh leaking... Ape tu colostrum? Susu first yg kuar masa preknen.... Bkn colostrum je, susu betul pun dh leaking..huhu.... Insyaallah that's good sign eyh... Production ok kot nnt... Kotlaaa
